The following are the rules and regulations of this board. This was taken directly from the Terms of Service that each of you agreed to adhere to when signing up. These rules and regulations are in effect regardless of this thread being deleted.



You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this BB to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, excessively profane, racist, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by Static-X.com.

Please do not use this BB for the transfer of bootleg files or MP3s or the posting of links for transfers. This must be done privately. This goes for all MP3's.

The admins have been asked to keep families and personal, private matters of band members off the boards.

We reserve the right to delete, edit, move or close any message for any reason.

If you misuse the boards or post something inappropriate or flame or attack someone,
A) you will be notified in a friendly reminder sent to you via email or PM.
B) If you repeat this action you will be given a warning that your privileges here may be suspended for a brief period of time.
C) If you breach this friendly request a third time you will be asked to take a break for a while from posting here.

By posting at this site, you agree to these terms. By registering to the board, you agree to follow the terms and conditions listed above. Breaking these guidelines can and will have you removed from our message board.

Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact Moderators by email.

We reserve the right to add and/or modify these guidelines as we feel necessary without prior notice.
