Apparently the rumors weren't true as it didnt show up on the song list. But hey, who knows, maybe they didnt put a few on the list for a reason.

Unfortunately I didn't find anything about Static-X but we might still have a shot. GHWT is going to have over 85 songs, and the link posted above doesn't have them all listed. And even if Static-X isn't in GHWT, you can just use the Create-A-Song mode to make it yourself. The only drawback is that you can't make your own vocals due to copyright reasons.
