First off I would like to express the respect I have found in Static-X who have inspired some of my own music writing.
Now to get down to the reason for the post since you're next album is in production and will be finished in the coming months, a tour will be coming up soon and I believe that you should take it into consideration to tour with Spineshank. They are currently working on the last detail of their new album and since you are both at about the same rate and looking for a tour that you could create one kick ass tour with both bands.
Just a thought and no matter what happens I believe that whatever you decide to do for the tour it will turn out to be completely kick ass. Just make sure you hit somewhere in Maryland or DC.

im looking forward to seeing static x and spineshank tour again this summer. personally, id rather they go separate, so i get to go to two kickass shows, as opposed to only one.

Spineshank and Static-X would have be awesome.

I saw Spineshank and Powerman 5000 play a show together, and I that was one of the best shows I ever was at. I also saw Spineshank with Ill Nino, also a great show, I got one of Tommy Decker's drum sticks that night.

Maybe Silent Civilian will go out with Static-X on tour one day.

I was thinking that they had and then I remembered that it was Ill Nino that silent civilian toured with.

Static-X's new album may come out in the summer. Staind have a new album that should be out sometime between May and September.

To top off the tour, a show here in Western Mass would be KICKASS!! Not at the Pearl Street Ballroom in northampton, but at the Hippodrome in Springfield. Definitely. As for any opening band(s), I would suggest a local be given the opeing rights. Either Sanity is Chaos (www.myspace.com/sanityischaos) or Stare Down the Sun (www.myspace.com/staredownthesunmusic). I know the people in both of these bands, and either one would be a good fit for the show.

i wouldnt hope to see either of those until at least 3rd quarter for staind and late 4th for s-x

I saw that tour. I thought Staind's performance was one of the worst live performances that I ever saw. I was a fan of theirs at the time, but they blew me away with how boring they were.

Even if Static-X was opening, I don't see me spending another 50 bucks to go see them.

I would love to see SX open for Strapping Young Lad or Fear Factory.

I don't care who they tour with...i just want them to come to St.Louis...before or after August would be great..
