I pre ordered the OA tour tickets and the show i am going to see you all is in four days and nothing has been sent to me explaining on how to meet you all, it said i was going to get some signed stuff and info on the meet a greet (what to do and all) but nothing has came yet.

can any of you shed some light on this subject for me

I have the same problem as you, the concert I'm going to is a week and a half from now =/

Why don't you guys call the number for Artist Arena?

I'm sure they can help you better than anyone here could.

Its usually a 'will call' thing...you go up to the window with your ID and they check your name on the list.....and the arena probably doesnt get a list a few hours before the show......atleast thats how my meet and greet with Trivium went..and it was through artist arena.
It could be different though.

Meet and greets are before the show.
You will need to print out the confirmation and have a photo id.
