Machine is a completely different style then Cannibal, for one Cannibal is raw, its in my opinion sort of hiphop like beat in somesongs and heavy-fuckin-metal in other. But machine is just out there full on metal.. mixed in with some slow sounding really fucking good stuff.

No, but Cannibal had a lot of the same type of guitar rifts and vocal melodies as Machine.

Think about songs like Behemoth, Forty Ways and Chemical Logic.

All three songs would fit in very well on Machine, IMO anyway.

In fact I think most of the album are, I defiantly get a Machine vibe when listening to Cannibal just because how similar the guitar riffs are.

I do all of the time. Its a choice, not a requirement. Have fun messing with your hearing aids when you are in your 40s

And hearing aids are NOT fun. I was born with a severe hearing loss, had hearing aids from the time I was 2 till I was around 12 years old. It's not fun, you'll want your hearing later.

I'm going to be in need of a hearing aid when I'm older, I just know it.

I've never had good hearing... and I've always been ashamed of it.

There's no reason to be ashamed at all. Hearing aid-wise, my last pair were in the ear, you can also get ones that sit behind your ears, and some that go right into your ears... totally discreet. I hope I won't need hearing aids again in the future, personally I hated them, which is why I stopped wearing (that and it's only a mild hearing loss these days).
