Hello friends, It's been a while since I've checked in... Been busy writing for my first solo record entitled "Pighammer" at the dirthouse, where Tera and I are living full time now, and I promise this will be some of my best work ever. It's shaping to up to be very heavy, yet very industrial, and I'm working towards a mix of all my vocal capabilities, everything from full on screaming ala Cult Of Static to melodic bits ala Shadow Zone. Still on track for a release this year. I've also started a myspace page (I know... I said I never would do it... but it's true) I just started putting it together and you can check it out at myspace.com/waynestatic. This is my first and only personal myspace page, so all others are retard impostors. I'll have some more news soon... | |||

Thank you for the update Wayne. Do you want to give us an update on Static-X? A lot of rumors are going around that you guys are done... I don't think that many people believe them but a conformation would be nice. | |||

I don't think Static-X is really on his mind right now he seems really focused in Pighammer, but he once said he'd probably be making albums until he dies, and I think you mean Confirmation, Conformation explains the state of a structure | ||||

hasnt it already been made official they are on hiatus? if it was anything else but that, i'm sure it would have been made public. anywho, i cant wait to here this new material. I am thinking Pighammer might sound more like what i wanted Static to sound.... I wonder if his profile got hacked, because he hasn't ever been that open about anything next to Band Members it says Wayne Dick Static- EVERYTHING, and next to Sounds like it says Static-x but cooler. that just doesnt look like something the dude would do. The pictures of all 3 lineups would most definitely prove against that blurb. why would you approve pics with people you dont like.  | ||||

Wayne, Myspace? Really? Myspace is more of a ghost town these days... Facebook is the place to keep everyone informed of your comings and goings. I can't wait to hear Pighammer, and I can't wait for the next Static-X album (if there ever will be a next). If you choose to end up creating a different kind of sound, go for it. Everyone should expand themselvs, and your true fans will follow you and stick by your side. | |||

thats actually really annoying. ive met tony and nick, tony a few times actually... and they were both cool dudes. Tony seems to be levelheaded enough to work with a LOT of great guys, Tommy Victor, Dino, so on and so forth, and Nick just seemed polite. so... yeah... if that turns out to actually be somethign he posted im not buying the pighammer album. there are so many musicians out there struggling im not going to support one that acts like this. now if it is a hack... well, then im sorry. ________________________ "Would you die in pain or, Would you feed the maelstrom?
