The band just needs to protect their interests right now and their interests at the moment was getting set to tour. There's no way for Tripp to tour while he's involved with all of this so they have to get another guitarist. It's that simple. Hopefully things will work out and Tripp will be ok.

Everyone believed that OJ simpson killed that one guy, look what happened to him. So if he's guitay, When he gets out of jail or prison or where it is he'll go I'll still be a fan. Think about it people, there are alot of famous people that have done/or have been acused of things as bad if not worse, Give Tripp a break.
