Here's the latest from the world of Static-X... writing for the next record is moving along slowly but surely. I've been working everyday at my home studio and have six songs completed that I'm really excited about. There are another ten in various stages of completion that are very promising. Some of the new titles are Lunatic, Z28, Terminal, and Tera-fied. So far everything is staying in the heavy mode, like Cannibal, but moodier with longer build-ups and breakdowns. Also most of the songs are clocking in at around four minutes, which is a bit longer than most of our other songs. Subject matter for the lyrics is good old sex, drugs, and fast cars! Now I'm gonna sign out and go do some donuts behind the grocery store in my Camaro...

Hi Mr Wayne, you and your band are such an inpration to mean my friends. I can not wait till the new record comes out. And what ever you name the recored an songs, I know in my heart they all will be kick ass. I like sex drugs and fast cars, that sounds cool in itself. I used to have a camaro, but I wrecked it racing. I was a young and stupid boy. now I have a porsh GT3, it is fast abd cool, but definitliy not as cool as yours. Peaces. And of course that you Mr Wayne for the update.

Hey Wayne. Um, I noticed that in half of Shadow Zone, and all of Start A War and Cannibal, you did the A#/Bb tuning. Do you think you might create songs with the C standard tuning again?

Oh fuck Wayne, that brings back memories of this friend of mine in (HIGH) school.This crazy fucker talked me,and a couple other friends into skipping out on class to check out his new (1984)Z28, fast as hell. Ok so there may have been a little mary jane involved.Long story short. Mona Shores High parking lot(of course we couldnt do it in our own,Fruitport)Reverse fuckin cookies,smoke every where,G force holy shit.I will never forget it!
