I'm frankly sickened and disappointed by the response
of so many people on this message board. Listen up:
THERE'S TOO MANY HOLES IN THE STORY AND NOT ENOUGH
INFORMATION AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE HERE TO BE JUDGING
AND CRUCIFYING TRIPP RIGHT NOW!!! Yes Tripp is in
trouble, but exactly what happened is not fully known
yet, and for anyone to be mouthing off and gossiping
right now about this situation is stupid and unfair to
Tripp and Static X. I know Tripp probably better than
anyone here on this board (except maybe Cheri who is
his cousin), and I can say this...I've lived with
Tripp both in NJ and CA, and of course toured with him
in Dope for 2 years. I've never seen him or have
known him to have any sexually physical interaction
with underage girls. I'm not saying that that makes
him innocent of any of this, no more than a couple of
paragraphs on Blabbermouth makes him guilty. As a
parent who finds kid-touching the ultimate in
reprehensible behavior, I hope he's innocent. But
more information needs to be brought to light.
Hopefully there's an explanation for all this, but
until we know for sure, lighten up, and try giving the
benefit of the doubt to a man who is a great person
and brilliant performer...innocent until proven
guilty, and gossip doesn't make someone guilty.

Well Preston, we all hope he's innocent, but you have to admit it's looking bad for him. I mean the police report said that he was caught sleeping in a car with an underage girl...

As a static-x fan of course I hope Tripp is found innocent, but because he didn't do it..not because our legal system is flawed.

I really hope Tripp didn't do this, but judging by what the Police said (it's in the NJ papers and the AP picked it up) it's really hard believe that he didn't...

well im sure we will find out soon enough since his hearing was today it should be released soon the verdict all we can do is hope

Nope, today was the arrainment (sp!?). The police just showed how much evidence they have against Tripp, what kind of case they can make, and Tripp pleaded Guilty or Not Guilty. If Tripp pleaded not guilty and there's a trial that might not be for a few months..

There is evidence though...

...Tripp was found asleep in a car with a minor, according to the police..why would they make that up and arrest him??

And we won't be hearing from Tripp from a long time, he won't be able to speak about the case until it's over, and that's not going to be for a while (unless he pleaded guilty..and if he did he's probably going to jail), so yea, we won't be hearing from Tripp for a while.

I'm just waiting for the verdict. Most of everything i said was to counter that retarded Tripp's Army bullshit.

I've never had anything personal against Tripp (well I didn't care much for shadow zone but that isn't personal) and he was really cool when I met him a few years back. He's always been close to fans and nice for the most part yes but even I know people are capable of this sort of thing. I'm just sick of stupid people who claim to know him acting like they know everything and he's not capable of it. EVERYONE is capable of criminal activity so stop with all this denying everything, it's as ridiculous as the people you're condemning.
