I'm pretty sure this is fake, but if it's for real, that's a terrible cover.

It's interesting to say the least. I would like to see more artwork and design before I make comment though.

I'm not going to say it's terrible, but it's not very good either.

The title is alright.

going with the trend of the other albums, would he really have an album cover this early if it wasnt coming out till 4th quarter?

That's a good question. Probably not, but you never know. This could be concept art, or art that someone gave Wayne sometime last year that he liked enough to make the cover (hence the lack of a name and stuff).

But odds are no. This is probably fake.
