hey I was just wondering what "I can't believe I'm letting you do this to me" sample was from?

It's from the independent vampire film, "Nadja". There are a few other samples from the film used in Static-X songs, such as the very beginning of "Monster", and a couple of others which escape me at the moment--you'll be able to pick them out when you watch the movie. I just purchased the film a few days ago actually, and didn't really care for it at all.
